using her website, you accept that you will be bound to the terms and conditions of use in

drawings, video or audio-visual material) with Kate Simms Artist you agree to grant to Kate
Simms Artist, free of charge, permission to use the material in any way it wants (including
modifying and adapting it for operational and editorial reasons) for Kate Simms Artist
services in any existing or future media worldwide (including on Kate Simms Artist’s site
accessed by international users) and in perpetuity. You waive any moral rights in your
contribution in order to permit Kate Simms Artist to edit your material as appropriate. You
also grant to Kate Simms Artist the right to sub-license these rights to third parties. We

8. Copyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive,
so you can continue to use the material in any way including allowing others to use it,

9. In order that Kate Simms Artist can use your contribution, you confirm that your
contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK
laws, that you have the right to give Kate Simms Artist permission to use it for the
purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in
your contribution or the consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 18. For the
avoidance of doubt, the content must not infringe any third-party’s legal rights.

21. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and
you agree with Kate Simms Artist to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English
courts.
Ticket Terms
22. Tickets are valid for the date and time stated. Please check your tickets on receipt as
mistakes cannot always be rectified.
23. Tickets are for personal use and may not be resold or exchanged, nor money refunded.
24. There is no re-admission to the event or exhibition.
25. Kate Simms Artist reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a visit.
26. By attending an event or exhibition, ticket holders consent to being photographed or
filmed incidentally and to Kate Simms Artist’s publication or broadcast of any such
photographs or film
