Kate Simms Artist is a sole trader specialising in the creative arts. She is an artist, writer, photographer,

and facilitates art workshops, artist mentor, art curator, as well as a speaker on creative arts.

information that you tell us about yourself and what is learnt by having you on Kate Simms Artist

If you make purchase or commission artwork from Kate Simms Artist, your card information is

collected by her third party payment processors who specialise in the secure capture and processing

financial information and debit/credit card transactions and not by Kate Simms Artist.

In accordance with the consent that you have given us, Kate Simms Artist will process (use) your

according to your interests.

Kate Simms Artist may conduct surveys in connection with events or exhibitions which she holds. For

example, to satisfy any funding obligations, survey results are required to be shared with the Arts

Council of England through its appointed intermediary The Audience Agency. The survey results will

contain personal data. If an event or exhibition is held in conjunction with partner organisations, Kate

Simms Artist is also required to share this information with them. Separate arrangements are entered

into between Kate Simms Artist and those partner organisations to govern how this process is

managed and to ensure that any personal data is used and shared only for specified purposes (i.e.

satisfying conditions of any funding which Kate Simms Artist receives and to improve and inform future

events or exhibitions) and in accordance with data protection law. You may exercise your data rights
